Give the wire size in decimal parts of an inch (Example .092").

Specify metal to be used. Indicate exact quantity and out to out finished width* and length dimension of the screen section or sections.

* A minimum of 3/4" clearance should be allowed between each hook and side plate of the machine for stretch to tension the screen vibrator.

Size and make of the vibrator.

If two or more sections are used to make a cover for the deck, advise if lap is desired.

If hooks are to be made from other than steel, indicate the metal wanted.

If slotted openings, indicate direction of long opening.

Indicate special conditions such as:

• End stretch provision
• Punching for bolt holes
• Welding of end wires
• Brazing around punched holes.
